About me

I am a PhD candidate at the UKRI Centre for Doctoral Training in AI-enabled Healthcare Systems at UCL and The Wellcome Centre for Human Neuroimaging, working under the supervision of Richard Rosch, Karl Friston, Gerald Cooray, and Martin Tisdall. My research focuses on modelling epileptic brain states using machine learning, with the long-term goal of improving the efficacy of surgical interventions for patients with drug-resistant epilepsy.

During my BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics at Loughborough University, I developed an interest in machine learning and its applications in computer vision. I completed my final-year project and a research internship in this area before exploring a broader range of machine learning techniques and theory in my MSc in Artificial Intelligence at The University of Edinburgh. Following my MSc, I worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at Statmetrix, a start-up using computer vision, machine learning and data analytics to bring cutting edge technology to grassroots football. Alongside my PhD, I work as an Artificial Intelligence Developer at Sentient Sports, applying machine learning in football. I continue to work on football-related projects, as showcased in my portfolio.
